Who holds the record of your staff’s AI use?

The agency does. Verillian keeps the record on the agency's own servers, under a key the agency holds, and never receives the record or the key.

The agency does. The record sits on the agency’s own servers, under a key the agency holds. Verillian never receives the record or the key.

On your own servers

Verillian keeps the record of every captured AI interaction on infrastructure the agency runs, on premises or in a private cloud the agency controls.

On your own devices

Verillian is software on the staff devices the agency already manages. It applies the agency’s AI policy to the AI tools it governs, where staff work, before a request leaves the device.

Under your own key

Each record holds who asked, on which device, what was sent, what came back and what the policy decided. Content is encrypted under the agency’s own key, created in the administrator’s browser. Verillian never receives that key, so even Verillian cannot read the content.

Nothing on our side

Verillian never receives your prompts, replies or records. There is nothing there to breach, and if the agency stops using Verillian, the records stay where they always were.

The security page sets out the boundary.
